GEO RATER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THEY WILL SATISFY REGULATORY OR LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO RATER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
